1 min candle data in day candle

Hi All,
i am backtesting a stragegy where if condition meets 5 times in 1 min timeframe i will enter next day open based on candle type. i tried Timeframeset( inMinute) before checking 1 min condition still it is taking day candle. can anyone help me
