If you are getting "amiquote need to be able to connect to the internet to operate properly. make sure your firwall or antivirus does not bloc" it means exactly what it says - AmiQuote MUST be able to connect to internet and as of now, you your firewall or antivirus is BLOCKING it and you MUST unblock it. It is your computer. You installed blocking components so now you have to uninstall them.
Remove everything that blocks access including access to amibroker.com web site. If you manipulated Windows hosts file undo all changes too.
