Append Existing Files - Does Not Work?

Amiquote 4.06 64 bit

I have found that it makes no difference whether the radio button 'Overwrite existing files (recommended)" or 'Append existing files' is selected, Amiquote only overwrites all aqh files.

I can't seem to get the new data to be appended. Instead, the aqh file is completely replaced and contains only the new data.

What am I doing wrong?

Please look carefully at settings. There is zero mention of AQH files there.

Those settings are related to AQTD, AQI, fundamental Yahoo data, Forex files but not to AQH files.
