Automatically adjust horizontal scroll bar based on selector position

Is there some way to automatically adjust horizontal scroll bar until the selector appears on the right-hand side of the screen? Currently, I have to manually scroll middle mouse button to adjust the scroll bar to achieve this.

Can AFL code be used to do this automatic adjusting of the scroll bar?
