Dear Sirs,
I am experiencing a problem with data synchronization via DDE from a platform. This platform belongs to a company called Nelogica and offers PROFIT CHART for Brazilian assets and BLACKARROW for Forex assets.
I am able to synchronize data via DDE with PROFIT CHART, but not with BLACKARROW. Considering that they are from the same company, the configurations made in Amibroker were exactly the same. (I will send the images of what happened below).
In the first image, in PROFIT CHART, the configuration was made and is working normally. In the second image, the same configuration for BLACKARROW shows that the price tick is not changing.
I contacted support and they provided the following message, which is why I am reaching out to you to see if we can resolve this issue:
"Alright, Renato! In this case, we recommend that you contact the Amibroker team directly, as the data in BlackArrow is loaded correctly.
The behavior may be caused by the fact that BlackArrow is a new platform and Amibroker may not be adapted to receive data from BlackArrow; however, only the Amibroker support team will be able to confirm what is causing this behavior."
