Calculate ROC rotational

Hi every one,
Just I,m a beginner how need:

  1. calculate diferent ROC ans SMA at different wachtlist of ETFs.
  2. Sort by the top 10 ROC.
  3. Rotational monthly System.

How can i get that code?
