Can't start the new ver 6.25 64bit

Hi

I just upgraded to 6.25 64bit. The splash screen never goes away. The last message displayed is:
“Preparing User Interface…”

I tried to remove all the plugins and the problem is the same.

I use windows 7 64bit.

Any help please? Is ther any error-log I can post?
