Just to confirm, after reading this multiple times
I have 2 different charts with independent formulas on the same symbol
but i cant make the hand drawn annotations on 1 transferred automatically to the other ?

If you want annotations to appear on both charts, the CHART IDs must be the same.
Same chart ID, means same formula. The relationship is that one formula can be used in many different chart IDs, but not the other way round.
