EOD database reduction

Hello,

it’s my first message, so I’d like to say welcome everybody.

I’m looking for a solution to compress my EOD database. What I mean? I use tickers up to one year normally. It is possible to reduce these, which have more than one year in my database in order to release a disc space? How to do it engaging not too much time? Thank you for your reply.

Cleanup removes NON -TRADING issues, but original poster apparently asks for limiting the LENGTH of data stored to one year.

But there is a built-in option in the Tools->Preferences that does exactly what original poster wants:
