Has anyone experienced a flashing tool tip window? After upgrading to 6.39.1 I sometimes get a flashing tool tip window when I hover over a bar or for the last bar my pointer is to the right of the last bar.

I have had it flashing a few times but assumed it may have something to do with my mouse.....maybe I was wrong.
There are ZERO changes regarding tooltips for something like 10 years, so absolutely NO CHANCE that upgrade changed anything.
Chances are that your mouse is acting up (sending noisy signal/unstable connection) or you have 3rd party software on your machine that affects standard operation of mouse.
