FX and commodities basic free data

Hi,

I am working through how to get free basic data for fx and commodities through AmiQuote, hoping someone can assist me. I'm after major FX pairs and commodities, but only EOD daily or hourly, not real time. Is there an easy way to do this in AmiQuote and if so is there a basic ticker list I could use from somewhere?

EODHistoricalData provides data for commodities and it is supported with AmiQuote
