Get bar end time

Generally it is

Timenum() + interval()

But if it is last bar of day for example on an hourly chart last bar of the day may begin at 15:15 and end at 15:30 lasting only 15 minutes against every other bar of that day that lasted 60 minutes. This is assuming market shuts at 15:30. Is there a function that can give returns 15:30 for the concerned bar?

There is a STATUS function that reports this

This bar is not the last bar of the chart. The status function works only for last bar of chart.
Imagine chart contains 3 days of data. Interval is hourly. Then how do I find the end time of the last bar of the first day?

If bar is not the last, then given bar end time is the NEXT BAR start time.
