I am getting different trades list for click backtest option in formula editor and Analysis window backtest. See the first image I apply backtest in formula editor, second image I apply Analysis window backtest .Both are same code but I geeting different trades list .Any idea ?
How can you do that?
I think, you have updated your AFL code in Formula Editor and "Sending that to Analysis" for backtesting and getting the first set of results.
In second scenario, you have a previously saved APX that holds the old (not updated) previous AFL code which you are loading in Analysis window and running the backtester showing another set of results.
Although the AFL filename is same in both the cases, they still do not hold same code. Check on Analysis Window -> Settings -> “Keep existing AFL file when opening project”, this will pick up the most recent updated AFL always.

thanks for reply . Both are current code only .when I modified some thing and click backtest for both formula editor and Analysis window I am getting different trades list. I don't know how to show you.

Are we ensuring same periodicity in Analysis for both the backtests??
I think, when you are hitting the backtest in Analysis it is picking up the Range as set From-to-Dates and showing a different set of results. But does the AFL code specifies the same when you run it directly from the Formula Editor?
The Formula Editor is neither a chart nor an Analysis window?
Yes both are same date range .I don't know why its showing different result .
