High value not getting populated for few candle bars in explorer

Hi,

I have a code where i need to look at "high" and "low" value's of the candlestick bar once the certain set of conditions are satisfied. Surprisingly sometime the high is not getting populated while running the explorer and due to this i am not able to calculate the range (High - Low). What could be the reason for that ? Any suggestion ?. There is no issue with Low values of the candlestick bar.
