Horizontal line drawn in daily timeframe cannot be seen in other timeframe

I drew a horizontal line in the daily timeframe. When I switched to the weekly timeframe, I cannot see this horizontal line.

How can I make the line drawn in daily timeframe visible in the weekly timeframe?

No AFL code involved.

Study "Layers". They have timeframes connected to them. Default layer would give you lines in all intevals
