How do I start to learn about Low-level graphics ?
I want to built the RRG chart. But I'm not a programmer. I don't know where to start.

Just keep in mind that, IMO, doing the visuals is the "easy" part. The main issue is to find an effective formula to accurately replicate the undisclosed and proprietary work of Julius de Kempenaer.
In any case, you should keep the results for yourself to avoid any potential copyright/trademark infringement, because Relative Rotation Graphs® and RRG® belong to RRG Research.
