I find a button save preference, but I cannot see any button to restore. In these days, my preference setting suddenly reset to default.
Preferences are restored to default values when you delete broker.prefs file.
If it happens out of the blue, it means that either OTHER program is deleting your files (for example some antiviruses are so bad that they delete random files without reason), or file or folder is read only and changes can't be saved or you did not install AmIBroker properly (by running setup) and Windows has virtualized your AmiBroker folder.
Make sure that you don't have VirtualStore folder like this:
C:\Users\*current logged in user*\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\AmiBroker
If such folder exists, it means that your AMiBroker was NOT properly installed in first place.
Existence of such folder means that writes are redirected by Windows to wrong place (VirtualStore)
and they may cause all kinds of troubles including inability to save new content.
To fix that you need to:

Delete Virtual Store folder
C:\Users\*current logged in user*\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\AmiBroker -
Run FULL SETUP of AmiBroker
