I’M Sorry For My Question May Be Correct Question : How Add All US Markets Symbols And Sectors And Industry Once From Interactive Brokers ?

As far as US stocks are considered you can just use
Tools->Update US symbols lists and categories menu

Note however that this is more than 6000 symbols while Interactive Brokers limits its usage to 100 symbols at a time.
