How to change 12 hour clock time to 24 hour time

My Scanner results are showing in 12 hour clock (i.e. in AM/PM). I want result to be shown in 24 hour time format.
What changes in setting shall I made to get result in 24 hour clock time ?

Change Date format in Regional settings in Windows control panel.
