How to find the lowest price after a specific high

Dear Sirs,
I need help about how to find the lowest price after the "HighestFromLow" event.
I have tried to visualize my question in the attached image.
Thanks for any help.

xbarsback= llVBars( L, 90 );
HighestFromLow = HHV(H,xbarsback);	// is array

Identify the bar with low then use HighestSince function for the high or LowestSince for the low.
