How to get nifty50 data to compare with bse sensex

I want to compare Nifty50 with bse sensex data. I have problem to get nifty50 in bse database.
Both NSE & BSE data in c:\sh folder.

Follow what Sandeep mentioned. After importing both the data , under Basic charts you will see AFL called "Spread" , open parameter in that under symbol select your Sensex symbol , and in the main select NSE symbol, you'll be able to see ratio line chart.
