How to move mouse pointer to next tab and previous tab

Is there a hot key sequence or command to move mouse focus to next tab or previous tab?

For the top ones, try Ctrl+Tab or Ctrl+Shift+Tab

To use the keyboard to scroll tabs on the bottom, I went to Tools, Customise, Keyboard, Category: View, Commands: Sheet | Next and Sheet | Previous, and assigned Alt+2 and Alt+1.
