I want to use Scale in out function in my code Please help

say i have buy logic as stock if buy and initial buy is of value say $1000 and profit i.e. Buyprice > buyprice1.03 then buy another $1000 worth value shares and if Buyprice>Buyprice1.06 buy another $1000 shares so.... on till $10000 worth value shares are not bought till buyprice>buyprice*1.30
