I need a software that allows me to create an Expert Advisor without knowing how to code.

The strategy is quite complex and it is basically based on more indicators and timeframes with some rules dependant from other rules.

Instruments: Brent Crude, WTI (spot)

I need to backtest the strategy.

Data quality for backtesting: very high % >97%

I need to set the cost of spread and eventually other costs and commissions.

Eventually I trade directly from the Amibroker platform or if not, but I don't find that you are also a broker. Eventually, can I bring the Expert Advisor to an MT4 platform?
