Interactive Brokers is not an option

I am testing on a new Windows 2016 server because the 2008 version had refresh and screensize issues.

They said 2016 was designed for the cloud and asked if I wanted to try it for the same $30 mo. I said yes so I have everything installed.

Before I get anyone else involved though, I need to make sure I can get through the process of installing everything.

I have installed Interactive Brokers and the latest Amibroker and have accepted the default Program Files location.

However, I have the same issue that I had previously where I cannot connect to Interactive Brokers. It simply isn't an option in Amibroker.

I really need to understand what I am doing wrong on the install. I didn't change anything and just let it install. Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

@tedpenner one of the most common issues is the default firewall blocking the socket connection. Did you check that?

You need to install OFFICIAL version (NOT BETA).

has IB now and does not show backfill length correctly

IB Data and Backfill Length History
1st VPS - Windows 2012 Server AB version ? did not show backfill correctly so we eliminated
2nd VPS - Windows 2008 Server AB 6.27.1 64bit build date Nov 2, 2017 has IB after some work and shows backfill lengths correctly
3rd VPS - Windows 2016 VPS Server AB 6.2.1 64bit build date Feb 17, 2017 has IB but did not show backfill length correctly, upgraded to latest AB 6.27.1 and now backfill length is correct.
