IQFeed Bid/Ask Delays

I am trying to submit orders using IB Controller shortly after the market opens.

I am using IQ Feed for my data source

I have tried the following...

  1. At the Open, I have used IQ Feed data with Periocity = 5min to try to submit orders after 9:35am - For whatever reasons, IQ Feed's real-time bid/ask data does not appear until 9:45 or so. I am unclear why this happens as it is my understanding that "real-time" data can be utilized in AmiBroker after 9:35 in this case. I believe my settings are correct, but apparently, I must be missing something. I should note that when I use IQ Feed "Snap Quote", the bid/ask data is real-time. So I know I am getting real-time data.
