I want to dynamically import metastock folder according different conditions. My thought is that change the ms.broker file to achieve it . It work, but I have to press retrieve symbols button every time.

You don't have programmatic control over what plugin is doing via its specialised GUI like button in plugin Configure dialog.
Instead, you should just add ALL symbols from MS database once. Updates made to those symbols (i.e. new quotations) will be automatically available in AmiBroker.
Thx reply. I have two metastock database they have same symbols, the difference is one is adjusted price the another is not. If import their together, the all symbols will be doubled and the name is also the same.
Or I will create a new database for it.
You can have two databases and switch between them.
