Is there a way to get the full list of all watchlists in the system?

Hi,
Is there a way to retrieve the whole list of all watchlists currently in the system?

One way to get the list of watchlists is to read the index.txt file in the database/WatchLists directory.

Good point. I can do that. Or I loop thru the first 20-30 IDs to gather what i can find.
