Hi, I am trying to update my database with amiquote using data from yahoo.
The problem is that I only care about one bar of most stocks.
However, in the history of the yahoo website is the complete history.
Could you tell me why I do not download all the bars available?

Update: sorry, your screenshot is hard to read and it looked like you selected September 19.
The answer has been given in FAQ page. The page you are looking at is not the page from which AmiQuote downloads data. It uses "Download" link, not the HTML page. Click on the "Download" link instead.
Also, you did not say how did you started the download, but if you use "auto-update" from AmiBroker then it would first check the last date that you ALREADY HAVE in your database and will only download missing data (i.e. starting from last date that is ALREADY present in the database).
To re-download data regardless of what you already have, you have to start download FROM AmiQuote and set "FROM" date manually.
