'Monthly view', 'Weekly view' buttons have no effect

I upgraded recently to the latest version my license covers, 6.20.1, after a period of not using AB. I find that clicking on the 'Monthly view' or 'Weekly view' button has no effect; the Daily view remains. Hovering over these buttons lights them up, but that's all that I can make happen.

I have always run AB in Parallels on a Mac, but this is the first time AB has not worked perfectly for me.

Check if you did not lock interval for given window.

Chart Interval locked

Hi, I cannot change the chat interval from daily to weekly etc. Whatever I select in the box next to the symbol, or I the right hand toolbar or under "View" it still reverts to daily but uses D instead of the complete word. If someone else has solved this problem & would care to share their knowledge, I should be much obliged. Thank you, John G

And that is the answer! I didn't know the chart interval could be locked. One of hundreds of things I don't know about AB, Thanks.
