New additions to NASDAQ, S&P500 - where to look up?

My data provider in UK, is generally 1 to 2 months delayed to refresh the dynamic lists it maintains for NASDAQ 100 and S&P 500.

So when a new Ticker gets added/removed to NASDAQ 100, per say, the data is available; but the ticker itself isn't added to NASDAQ 100 list, so when I download my daily EOD data, I only come to know about the new Ticker, 1 or 2 months late.

NSADAQ 100 does it once a year in December; but sometime they do exception and add new tickers midyear. SP500 and FTSE100 do this every quarter.

I have found London stock exchange link where I can officially find FTSE100 rebalancing; but for NASDAQ and SP500, I am struggling to find a reliable link where I can look up perhaps every month end to check which new tickers have been added/removed.

If you use any source, please let me know.

Thanks
Sam

@samir, one possibility: create a basic free account1 at BarChart and then you can download the components lists from these pages (scroll a bit down):

S&P 500 components
Nasdaq 100 components

1) You are limited to 1 download per day

@beppe Thank you very much.
It's definitely a workable solution. I have created the free account.

Another possibility is finviz. But export of lists is not with free account. Nevertheless you can export a lot of data and import the ASCII files easily for example to update the fundamentals

This site may have what you need.

The url to Nasdaq 100.

An excel macro can easily download this list to your spreadsheet.
