Hi, I have just upgraded to 6.93 and my charts that uses logarithmic scale is broken. The error is Warning 902: Cannot plot a chart in a logarithmic scale as the data contains zero(s) and/or negative value(s). I check the data and it is all positive. However, in the properties dialog, I can see the values are negative even though the actual values are positive. As a workaround, I have switched to linear. Thanks for any suggestion.
Nothing is broken. You are getting a warning so you know that data to be plotted is zero or negative. All counts not only data itself but also indicators. For example Bollinger bands can go negative even if input data is positive.
Warning is not an error, read this:
It's resolved. I basically just recreated the afl, simplifying it significantly in the process. What is puzzling for me is that it was fine under the old release (4.9). I wanted to use Amiquote which had problems with the old 4.9 Amibroker. Hence the upgrade to Amibroker. I am glad to report that the problem is resolved and they are working together beautifully. TQ
No it wasn't fine. It was the same. You just did not get the warning because warning was added to make people aware. The lack of message does not mean that "it is fine".
