Plugin to submit orders from chart

Hi all,

I was looking for some sample code which allow orders to IB to be submitted via a chart and I think I accidentally stumbled upon a plugin which appears to do exactly that, but for some weird reason, despite many attempts I cannot find details of that plugin anymore. Can anybody post a link to anything which allows orders to be submitted from a chart?
