Real Time Quote - MSFT / Futures tickers won't display but others do?

Newbie here, can't get quotes for certain symbols:

  1. Getting RT quote for other tickers but not for MSFT.
  • I have real-time data subscriptions enabled. Doesn't - I've added other equity symbols and they appear in the RT quote window, just not MSFT.
  • Plugin status doesn't show errors (no symbol errors).
  1. Not getting any quotes (chart) for futures contracts at all during the day. The prior day I added the first contract and it worked.

Any help greatly appreciated. Have version 6.30.

MSFT is traded on multiple exchanges. You have to specify which exchange you want.
