Restore database

Hi, I deleted by mistake some symbols from the database. I have a recent full amibroker backup, is there a way to restore only the databaw for the lost symbols?

I am interested in restoring by order of importance:

Critical:
Ticker
OHLCV hi story

Good to have:
Intormation window fields: Fullname, Alias, Country, Currency, Market, Group

Specifically, I have lost all symbols for which the Fullname starts with the letters between A to F. The rest are ok.

Is there a way to restore from my backup only these?
