My Amibroker Ver is the latest 6.41. I have created my own menu layout, many icons within the menus that were not necessary are removed for display.
I have saved my preferences under the tool menu, and also saved in "Save All" icon, now many times, after properly shutting down Amibroker , and when I restart Amibroker I've noticed that my Modified Menu is reset with default Menu layout. Is there any other way to save the layout of the menu. Thanks again.
Save All saves documents, not menus.
Menu setups are supposed to be saved automatically on exit without user intervention, IF ONLY you have write access to Windows Registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER) and current AmiBroker directory.

Thank you Tomasz, Being aware of the issues related to third party anti Virus software, apart from Windows Defender, I have no other AV Software installed.

After purchasing Amibroker full set up was run, later all succeeding enhancement from 6.30 to 6.41 have been appended .
This now calls me to remove Amibroker installation once and re install .

You don't need to "reinstall" anything. AmiBroker does not need "reinstalls" ever. You don't need to remove anything.
Just run FULL setup over existing location, it will keep everything (your data and formulas) in place and you don't need to do anything more.
