Scanner for different stock using different parameters.

Observation:
Each stock following a different pattern, therefore it can be optimized using different paraments inside the trading system.
Question:
For example, I have a simple standing strategy: crossing of MA.
However, different stocks will have different periods for crossing MA for the best results.
How to create a scanner that will use different periods for each stock?
But same time scan all stocks daily.
