Scrolling through a watchlist instead of whole database

When the mouse cursor is in the symbol field, pressing down key will move to next symbol in the DATABASE, how to scroll through a WATCHLIST in this fashion?

You need to select the watchlist from the Symbols window, i dock mine on the left border( screen ), don't use the center symbol box.
