Time Based Background

Hello All,
I am able to incorporate a background on the basis of time slots.

Example: Time 09:15 to 11:35 is one background then next is from 11:40 to 12:15

Next I want the highlight of the timeslots to be limited to only the High and the low during the slots and not for the entire range.

I am looking for something like below, where the timeslot AND the High Low range for the slot is highlighted.

  1. The simplest one and probably the best: Just use PlotOHLC()
