Timestamps settings. Was: Intraday time of each bar in chart are 1-second lag from data

Hi all,

Do you have any ideas why the intraday on the chart (see screen below) of every bar are always 1 second lag as compared to the database.

Tools - Preferences - Intraday and set "Start time of Interval" there.
