TOS DDE is not working

I have configured DDE in Amibroker but can not connect(showing Wait) to Thinkorswim.
Based on what I see on the forum that may cause the issue my setups looks correct

  1. Running 64 bit on 64 bit Windows 10

  2. Excel can show data

  3. Configuration is correct (tried both tos.rtd and tos )

Can anyone help me solve the problem? Thanks in advance

RTD is quite different protocol than DDE. You can't use RTD with DDE plugin.
