They just update software for securities exchange, So i find out the 1 tick chart and 1 second chart are the same. before software update, all O H L C are the same for 1 tick chart. Please help to clarify if this chart is correct.
This could only happen if you had database configured as 1 second base interval and you have changed to 1 tick and did NOT backfill afterwards.
Database base time interval should be set ONCE to finest interval you need and not changed. To change viewing interval use VIEW menu not database settings.
If you reconfigure database later you have to force backfill as instructed in the manual.

You did not say that you are using THIRD PARTY unsupported plugin.
It is extremely important to tell up front what DATA SOURCE you are using.
"Fialda" data plugin IS NOT KNOWN to us, it is completely independent creation.
In fact the creators of the plugin did not even contact us to get registered plugin ID.
So, they did not even fulfill basic requirements for AmiBroker plugin development. As such, that plugin is NOT supported and NOT guaranteed to work AT ALL.
We recommend using supported data sources
As for their wrong data - you have to contact DATA VENDOR as they control the data, not us, and their "ticks" are not really ticks.
