ValueWhen, was: ValueSince Function

I have 10 years of data of one scrip. I want to take into consideration only current year closing prices in AFL for charting purposes.

It would work the same way as Highestsince and LowestSince functions work in AFL. Only this time I need ValueSince function. Is there something I am missing?
