Windows 11 compatibility with Amibroker

I'm going to install a fresh virtual machine intended be used only for Amibroker and the office suite. I'm oriented to build one with Windows 11 as operating system. Searching on the forum I've come to this topic LINK where it is discussed that some crucial components for Amibroker are missing into Win11.

Seeing that this topic is 2 years old, I wonder if in the mean time Microsoft fixed that issues or not.

In the case they fixed the issues, which Windows version is preferably to install?
I'm considering Win11 Pro , Windows 11 Pro N and Win11 Enterprise LTSC, because I'm searching for a reliable installation that do not require frequent updates, but I'm open to different ideas if they will come with this discussion.

the link you posted clear states issues with OP's setup.

I have used AB on both win 11 home and pro without any issue for over 2 years.
The old laptop upgraded from win 10 home and the new one has pro. 24H2 is improved over 22/23H2.

home/pro shouldn't affect AB itself. pro is nice to have for certain windows components with networking and gpedit.msc etc

AmiBroker works perfectly fine on Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8 without any special needs.

Older Windows versions like 7, and earlier require Internet Explorer 11 to be installed.
