I cleared my IE history and cookies and tried vpn and none of them worked. Is anyone experiencing the same error?
You are downloading too fast and Yahoo doesn't like it and blocks you temporarily.
You have to revert to "Fail safe default":
It seems that Yahoo has put more restrictions on how fast you can download. It is not documented anywhere but reducing number of simultaneous downloads to 1 seems to make Yahoo happy.
