I'm using the latest Amiquote 4.18 and notice that the Yahoo Workaround won't download beyond 8/19/2025 in some cases. Sometimes, I have to download single stocks by selecting the ones I want. Otherwise, if I let it run automatically, a lot of stocks won't get downloaded.
What am I doing wrong?

I don't see any problem with downloads not anybody else is reporting any problem.
What you see apparently is local to your machine and/or your ways of using it.
Yahoo might have temporary problems on their side and/or throttle if you download too much too fast. Decrease number of simultaneous downloads and download slower.
